Collaboration and major projects

As one of the largest and most experienced real estate teams in the south east we have the resources to handle large-scale projects for private and public sector clients. Mexican Wave, for PRUPIM, was a ground breaking work-sharing arrangement between a major City firm and ourselves and is still going strong. Building on that success we have also collaborated with other firms in sharing work that is best suited to our respective skills and resources, for the client's benefit.

We have also developed a capability for project work - such as volume disposals, inter-company transfers, portfolio transfers, sales and leasebacks, due diligence exercises, auction sales, and insolvency transactions - either working alone or with other law firms. We have a dedicated project management team who co-ordinate projects and provide whatever reporting tools the client needs - usually electronic. Projects are handled on time and within budget.
