We are a team with the skills and experience to deal with the whole strategic land process from heads of terms to the planning consent and disposal.
What we do
We act on behalf of clients with regard to all legal aspects of the land and planning process, which they encounter in achieving consent to develop. Our team includes specialists in property, planning, the environment and construction.
In particular, we deal with a range of option agreements, promotion agreements, joint venture agreements and other risk sharing arrangements. We also advise clients on planning, highways and infrastructure agreements, preparation of master plans, compulsory purchase and the running of planning appeals and judicial review claims.
Our experience of the sector allows us to help our clients find appropriate and innovative solutions to the problems they face and to work effectively both with relevant stakeholders and their commercial partners.
Our clients
We act for developers, housing associations, landowners, Plcs and private companies.
Why Cripps Harries Hall?
We are one of the few firms who have a dedicated team comprising all the legal sectors involved in the strategic land process. The team understands both the process and the commercial challenges you face. Our team is used to working together to help ensure that our clients achieve their objectives.
