Cripps Harries Hall

Property

Charities buying, selling or managing property need specialist legal advice.

Almost all charities, big or small, occupy property. Many also hold properties as investments or to further their objects.

What we do

Charities and their property are regulated by the Charity Commission. We can guide you through the regulatory process.

We handle transactions ranging from a multi-million pound deal to the grant of a short-term lease. We are known for proactive management. And if there is a dispute, our property disputes team is one of the largest in the country.

Other charity team members have complementary skills that may be needed during a property transaction, such as corporate or employment issues.

Why Cripps Harries Hall?

Our property specialists are rated number one in the south-east in the major legal directories. You will get first-rate property advice coupled with experience of the requirements and issues facing you in the voluntary sector.

We offer innovative pricing too.
