Cripps Harries Hall

Governance

Charities are not immune from the growing mountain of regulations for all businesses, and have the Charity Commission to deal with as well.

What we do

We review your currrent practices to see if they comply with your governing documents and with Charity Commission and statutory requirements. We recommend best practice and assist you in formulating good policies and procedures.

This can be a one-off review, or something we repeat periodically, as regulations change.

If the Charity Commission should start an investigation we can guide and support you through the process.

Why Cripps Harries Hall

Our experience of dealing with the Charity Commission is extensive.

Our aim is to ensure that you comply with the relevant regulations, but we have dealt with many investigations and that experience will stand you in good stead should the Charity Commission take action.

Our approach to billing is also innovative and transparent.
