What we do

As a result of client feedback we have developed two key services. Probate Solutions is our full service. Direct2Probate is our fixed price, grant application only service.

Probate Solutions

A tailor-made service to meet your needs, but likely to include:

• Collecting and collating the information needed
• Preparing the necessary papers
• Dealing with H M Revenue and Customs and the Probate Registry
• Dealing with all tax matters (including income tax returns)
• Fully administering the estate, distributing the assets and dealing with the discharge of debts
• Advice on tax, and estate planning options 

We agree a fee based on the work involved, not on the value of the estate. If possible we will offer you a fixed fee.

Direct2Probate

We obtain a grant of probate for you, swiftly and simply, providing clear guidance and professional support throughout the process. We ask you to complete a questionnaire to collect all the information we need. We then prepare the papers and make the application.

We offer this service for one of two fixed prices, depending on the type of the application needed.
