Although prenuptial agreements are still not automatically enforceable in the UK, the Supreme Court has decided that they may have persuasive effect on a divorce.  Prenuptial agreements are enforceable in other countries.  We have extensive experience in drafting and advising on prenuptial agreements.

If you take advice on financial planning, especially if you own a business or will benefit under a trust, or have substantial income or assets, then you should certainly consider a prenuptial agreement.
