What we do
Living together
If you are living together, or thinking of living together, but are not married or in a civil partnership, you need to decide how your home, family finances, insurances and pensions are to be owned and managed, and what is to happen to your chidren should one of you die or the relationship end.
We recommend couples to enter into a cohabitation agreement that clearly sets out how things are to be done while you are together and what is to happen should you no longer live together.
No longer living together
If your relationship breaks down we can advise you on your rights in relation to children, the home and finance.
