• Representing an elderly client who suffered significant injuries as a result of an accident caused by a fatally injured driver. The complex case included attending the Coroner's inquest, the use of the Rehabilitation Code and setting up a personal injury trust. Substantial damages recovered.
• Representing a claimant who sustained a serious back injury in a high speed road traffic accident. The claim involved complicated medical evidence and a substantial claim for loss of earnings which involved the instruction of an expert forensic accountant. The claim ultimately settled for £170,000.
• Representing claimants in relation to a successful claim for compensation following the death of their newborn child.
• Representing a claimant who sustained serious injuries in a car accident in France.
