I typically advise businesses or business people, with a focus on complex or high value litigation, often with an international dimension. I regularly work with our award winning Corporate team to help clients with issues arising out of mergers or acquisitions, or to recover value after a transition has completed.
I also work with Residential Management Companies / leaseholders in relation to corporate or boardroom disputes. I have a passion for food and drink and enjoy working with our clients in this sector.
