  • Acting for an Irish investor on the completion of 62 residential investment units in Docklands utilising secondary funding in a very difficult market
  • Attending numerous overseas exhibitions in South East Asia, as a result of which the firm has been instructed by circa 500 individual investors in buying residential investment units in different parts of London
  • Acting for a Dubai based purchaser of a block of 30 units in Battersea and selling apartments on to individual investors
