Jane specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction and civil engineering matters. She is experienced in litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication, as well as non-contentious work including procurement advice, drafting contracts and professional appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees. She is a proponent of the flexible use of arbitration and is a qualified construction adjudicator.

Career:

Jane trained at Laytons, qualified in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. She joined Cripps Harries Hall LLP as a partner in 2001.
