Expertise:

Charles has extensive experience of defendant professional negligence litigation and works primarily for SIF.

Career:

Charles trained in London and qualified in 1969. He worked with the Secretariat of the European Commission of Human Rights in Strasbourg from 1972-1974 prior to joining Cripps Harries Hall LLP in 1974. He became a partner in 1976.

He is a part time chairman of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal.
