Cripps Harries Hall LLP is one of only a very few practices which has a dedicated team of lawyers who specialise in disputes involving wills, intestacy, administration of estates and trusts. The team advises private individuals, trustees, executors and beneficiaries.

The team concentrates on providing practical and cost saving advice and embraces solutions which will avoid costly litigation. On those occasions where this proves impossible the team has considerable experience in bringing and defending claims in both the High Court and County Courts. It also has significant experience in dealing with the Court of Protection (COP) and regularly advises and assists the Private Client team when issues arise requiring the COP involvement.
