Disputes within companies can threaten the existence of the company and raise sensitive issues in relation to directors and shareholders. Resolving such disputes requires specialist expertise and an understanding of how businesses work. We can provide that expertise and that understanding.

For directors we can provide advice on all employment issues arising from directorships (please follow this link for further information) and can also provide advice and representation in Director’s Disqualification proceedings.

For shareholders we can provide advice and assistance on all disputes arising in relation to shareholdings. We regularly bring and defend claims under S.994 of the Companies Act 2006 (which provides protection for minority shareholders).
