The debt recovery team handles a significant volume of high quality debt recovery work.

We offer a personal service for clients who want something more than a conveyor belt approach to debt recovery.

Much of our work for commercial clients is done on a fixed fee basis. If you would like to discuss how we can offer a bespoke solution to your debt recovery problems then please contact Kirstin Grainge who heads the debt recovery team.

We also act for individuals to bring or defend debt recovery proceedings. However, in cases below the small claims court limit (£5,000) it may not be cost effective to use solicitors as you are not entitled to recover legal fees.
