Cripps Harries Hall LLP has announced the appointment of Alex Davies as a Partner and Head of the Family Team and Benjamin Carter as a Solicitor.
Alex has specialised in family law for 15 years with particular emphasis on financial settlements on the breakdown of relationships for high net worth individuals. He joins Cripps from TWM Solicitors in Epsom where he has been recognised as "highly regarded" by one of the leading independent legal directories.
Alex said "I am very excited about joining Cripps, the family team has an excellent reputation, both locally and in London and I am looking forward to working with them."
Benjamin joins from west London firm Owen White Catlin LLP with 18 years experience in family law. He has a special interest in child support issues and provides seminars to other solicitors on this subject. He is the co-author of the Child Support Handbook as published by Resolution. Benjamin is also a trained mediator.
Both Alex and Benjamin seek to take a non-confrontational and constructive approach to representing their clients' interests but are quick to adopt a more forceful approach where necessary.
