Cripps Harries Hall LLP has assisted the UK independent digital agency Vexed Digital in acquiring mobile specialist, Future Platforms.
Vexed Digital was formed in 2006, by the founder of WPP owned Good Technology, Richard Davies. Vexed Digital currently creates experiences and communities across online platforms and devices, helping brands understand and build their digital footprint. Clients include Domino's Pizza, De Vere Group, Virgin Atlantic travel community Vtravelled.com and The Man Booker Prize.
Cripps Harries Hall's technology lawyers are specialists in working with suppliers and purchasers of software, IT services and other technology, and have an in-depth understanding of the issues affecting technology businesses and transactions.
The team at Cripps Harries Hall was led by Nigel Stanford, with support from Julie Hughes. Future platforms were represented by Stevens Drake.
