Cripps Harries Hall has recently recruited eight new trainee solicitors for their Tunbridge Wells office.
Five of the new recruits come from Kent or Sussex, highlighting the firm's continued commitment to, whenever possible, training and developing local talent. The new recruits will now embark upon a two year training programme which will see them gain experience in a wide range of legal disciplines before qualifying as solicitors.
Cripps also announced the retention of six newly qualified solicitors on completion of their training contracts with the firm. This maintains the firm's record of growing the legal expertise within the business by training graduates and retaining them on qualification.
Director of HR and Development, Alan Geaney commented: "During these challenging times, we have pursued a policy of retaining our talented people whenever possible. We are delighted to have placed six newly qualified solicitors and welcomed an additional eight trainee solicitors to the firm. We see our trainees as an investment for the future and our training programme is geared to give them the experience they need to reach the top of the profession."
