We have always been in the forefront of providing added value services to our clients:

- Quality - our dedicated Quality Manager monitors the quality of our service.
- DOC - our core values are to be Distinctive, Open and Committed. Internally we acknowledge and reward those who exemplify these core values.
- Secondments - we are always willing to look at seconding our lawyers to provide temporary assistance for clients and to really get to understand their needs and demands. We have also hosted secondments from our clients so that they can learn more about how we do business.
- Resolution of complaints - nobody is perfect and we accept that sometimes things go wrong. We take the resolution of complaints very seriously and we are proud of our record in dealing with them.
- Client reviews - we are constantly learning from our clients and carry out regular reviews with them to obtain feedback about the way we do business and how we can improve.
