Expertise:

John specialises in intellectual property (IP) and technology, including IP development, acquisition, commercialisation and licensing, IT licensing, IT development and outsourcing agreements.

He is experienced in general corporate and commercial work; private and public sector outsourcing projects and distribution, agency, franchise and other commercial agreements. He also advises on IP and technology issues relating to corporate transactions, e-commerce and data protection.

John, who is an Oxford University mathematics graduate, joined Cripps Harries Hall LLP in 2001 and has been a partner in the firm since May 2006.

  

Career:

John trained at Wellers and qualified in 1999. He joined Cripps Harries Hall LLP in 2001.
